Terms and conditions
1. QUOTE ACCEPTANCE
Acceptance of this quotation constitutes a binding contract subject to these terms and conditions. The client confirms having read and understood all conditions herein.
2. SCHEDULING AND EXECUTION
Work will be scheduled according to mutual availability agreed during the initial consultation. Estimated timelines may be affected by:
- Administrative permit requirements
- Discovery of electrical code violations
- Unforeseen site conditions
- Material delivery delays
3. VARIATIONS AND ADDITIONAL COSTS
Any additional work requires prior written authorization from the client. Additional costs include but are not limited to:
- Correction of existing electrical code violations
- Masonry or structural repair work
- Special materials not initially contemplated
- Additional permits and certifications
- Access equipment rental
4. SERVICE WARRANTY
The company offers a 2-year warranty on workmanship, limited exclusively to new work executed under this contract.
Warranty includes:
- Review and correction at no cost of installation defects attributable to workmanship
- Labor for repairs related to installation errors
- Return visits for the same issue within warranty period
Warranty does NOT include:
- Replacement of defective components (subject to manufacturer warranty)
- Damage caused by improper use or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and aging deterioration
- Modifications to pre-existing installations not included in this contract
- Damage caused by third parties, accidents, or force majeure events
- Issues arising from client failure to maintain electrical systems properly
5. MATERIALS WARRANTY
Materials are subject to manufacturer warranty conditions. The company will assist with warranty claims when appropriate but assumes no responsibility for manufacturer defects or failures.
6. LIABILITY LIMITATION
Company liability is limited to the contract value and covered by professional liability insurance per REBT regulations. The company accepts no liability for:
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Loss of use or business interruption
- Damage to existing installations not part of this contract
7. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
All work will be executed in compliance with:
- Spanish Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulation (REBT)
- Technical Building Code (CTE)
- Applicable local regulations and standards
- European electrical safety standards
Required certificates and documentation will be provided upon completion where legally mandated.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The parties commit to resolve any disputes through mediation in accordance with Spanish Law 5/2012 on civil and commercial mediation before resorting to judicial procedures. If mediation fails, disputes will be subject to Spanish courts in Aragon jurisdiction.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Spanish Consumer Protection Law, residential clients have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of acceptance, unless work has begun with express client consent.
10. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data will be processed according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) solely for contract execution, legal obligations, and legitimate business interests. Data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or material shortages.
12. CONTRACT MODIFICATION
No modifications to this contract are valid unless agreed in writing and signed by both parties.
13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this contract is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. APPLICABLE LAW
This contract is governed by Spanish law and subject to the jurisdiction of Spanish courts in Aragon.
